Why we exist

The awkward work usually sits between systems. It rarely fits the product roadmap.

Product engineers are usually measured on the customer-facing roadmap. A finance reconciliation, support-routing queue, or RevOps handoff can remain manual for months even when everyone agrees it is wasteful.

Some problems fit an existing product or a simple integration and should stay there. Others need custom rules, permissions, exception handling, and an interface that follows the company’s actual process.

CTB handles that second category with a written scope, a fixed project price, and a codebase the client can keep operating without a CTB platform subscription.
