1. Who we are

Coding The Brains LLC is a Delaware-registered company. This policy covers our websites (ctbagents.com and codingthebrains.com), our marketing communications, and the systems we deliver to clients under signed engagement.

2. What we collect

  • Information you submit through our contact form (name, email, company, role, project description).
  • Calendar booking metadata when you book through our scheduling tool.
  • If you allow optional visit attribution, the landing page, referring website hostname, campaign labels and selected tool-use indicators are remembered in this browser tab. They are sent with an enquiry only when you submit one, and can then be associated with your contact information. Calculator inputs are not included.
  • Information clients share during engagement (data sources, sample data, system credentials).

3. How we use it

  • To respond to inbound inquiries.
  • To deliver the engagement you signed for.
  • To understand which resources and campaigns lead to enquiries, using optional attribution supplied with your message.
  • We do not sell your data. We do not run third-party advertising.

4. How we store it

Encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest (provider-managed). Access limited to engineers actively working on your engagement. Credentials provisioned scoped, rotated on request.

5. Data deletion

On request, we delete contact-form submissions, analytics records associated with you, and engagement-specific working data within 30 days. Engagement deliverables (your codebase, documentation) are yours and are not retained after handoff unless requested.

6. Cookies

Optional visit attribution uses session storage in your browser tab after you choose “Allow for this tab.” You can turn it off and clear it using the control at the bottom of the page. It uses no cross-site identifiers and sends no background analytics requests. Turning it off does not remove information already submitted with an enquiry; contact us about submitted information.
