What we built

The system we shipped.

To address these challenges, we developed the KAIRON AI Meeting Assistant, a desktop-based intelligent system capable of processing live meeting audio and generating smart outputs instantly. The application captures meeting audio processes using Whisper AI for accurate transcription and sends the conversation context to GPT-4 Turbo for AI-generated assistance and responses. The system was packaged into a standalone Windows application using PyInstaller, making deployments simple and user-friendly.
